Because orders are fulfilled through international logistics networks, delivery times may vary. In certain cases, shipping may take up to 30 business days due to customs processing, international carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

Delivery within this 30-business-day window is considered within our normal fulfillment timeframe and does not qualify as non-delivery, refund eligibility, dispute, or chargeback.

During February, international fulfillment operations may experience delays due to the Lunar New Year holiday period.

Manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and shipping partners may operate at reduced capacity or temporarily suspend operations. As a result, processing and delivery times may extend by up to 4 to 5 additional weeks.

Orders placed during this period are subject to these temporary delays. By placing an order during this timeframe, you acknowledge and accept potential extended shipping times.

No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.

  1. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from international fulfillment centers.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order may ship from overseas facilities. Any approved returns must be sent back to the designated return address provided after authorization.

After placing an order, you will receive:
