1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

To make sure your order goes out as quickly as possible, keep our daily cut-off time in mind.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT-5), Monday through Friday, qualify for same-day processing.

Orders placed after this cut-off time, or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), are queued for processing on the next business day (Monday).

3. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is processed:

• Processing time (Monday to Friday): 1–2 business days
• Delivery time, all destinations (shipped Monday to Friday): 6–8 business days
• Total estimated delivery, all destinations: 7–10 business days

These are estimates — actual delivery can be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We're currently unable to ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, it may be returned to our warehouse. We'll reach out to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping cost.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us right away at contact@emilyandisabella.com. We'll work with the carrier to sort it out as quickly as possible.
