When You Can Cancel

Once processing begins (picking, packing, or label creation), cancellations are not possible. If your order has already shipped, see our Returns & Refund Policy instead.

How to Cancel

Email contact@emilyandisabella.com or call +1 346 641 4346 with your order number and details. We'll review and respond within 24 hours.

Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exceptions

Custom, personalized, sale/final sale, or non-cancellable items (as noted on the product page) cannot be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, fraud) with a full refund.
