Refund Policy

At Emily & Isabella Brooks, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience. Please review the conditions below carefully before initiating a return.

  1. Return Eligibility

Returns may only be requested after the product has been delivered.

A return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, you have an additional 15 days to ship the item back.

The total return window is 30 days from the delivery date. Returns requested or shipped after this period will not be accepted.

  1. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Trying on for sizing is permitted

  • Items worn beyond fitting are not eligible

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order may be refused at our discretion.

  1. Overseas Return Location

Approved returns must be shipped to our designated international fulfillment facility.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Returns may be required to be shipped internationally

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

The exact return address will be provided after your request is approved.

  1. Final Sale Items

Items discounted by 40 percent or more, or clearly marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or dispute under any circumstances.

  1. Restocking Fee

A $20 restocking fee applies to each approved return.

This fee covers inspection, handling, and reintegration into inventory. By completing your purchase, you agree to this restocking fee.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.

Emily & Isabella Brooks does not reimburse shipping expenses, customs fees, or other related charges.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund

  • A store credit

Photo evidence may be required for verification.

  1. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Email your request within 15 days of delivery to:
    support@emilyisabellabrooks.com

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method

We strongly recommend retaining proof of shipment.

Returns sent without valid tracking confirmation showing delivery to our designated facility cannot be processed and will not qualify for a refund.

  1. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 15 business days

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • The $20 restocking fee will be deducted per returned item

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  1. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

We are not responsible for lost shipments if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided.

  1. Disputes and Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

Returns that do not comply with these terms are not eligible for refunds or disputes.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may be contested using delivery confirmation and policy acknowledgment records.
